- Full Refund: within 7 days of course start.
- Partial Refund (after Day 7): Days 8–30: maximum 75%; up to 50% of course duration: maximum 50%; after 50% of duration: zero refund.
- Zero Refund: courses priced ≤ ₹10,000, discounted admissions, installment payments, and transferred courses.
- Processing: up to 15 days for approval; refund issued within 15 business days of approval.
