NOTE: The deduction is based on the course fee, not the amount paid.

NOTE: If a student transfers from one course to another, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Procedure to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@levelupias.com with the following details:
  1. Student’s Full Name
  2. Course Name
  3. Date of Enrolment
  4. Reason for Requesting a Refund
  5. Supporting Documents (if required)

NOTE 1: Refund requests made verbally, over the phone, on any social media or in person will NOT be valid or accepted.

NOTE 2: The refund request date will be considered as the date when all required documents are received by the Institute. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after that.

NOTE 3: Only bonafide refund requests will be accepted. If any course material (videos, handouts, etc.) is accessed or downloaded with malafide intent, the refund request will be strictly denied.
